I'm tired and I don't have a ton to say here, but that update from 15 days ago was getting stale. I left the U.P. on Sunday, May 9, then proceeded to haul two loads to get to the company's Pennsylvania terminal to do another truck switch. As was the case in April, the truck I was in was due to be turned in to Freightliner at the end of its lease; the difference is that this time, I got a much newer truck with just under 230,000 miles on the odometer. (I won't have to be doing this again for a while.) I took last Saturday to move my possessions to the new truck and Sunday to get a couple problems corrected by the shop, and left there Monday. Later this morning, I expect another load assignment, but I have no idea where I'm going yet.

Anyhow, as the New York Times would say, that's about all the news that's fit to print …
